Webscale is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to devise and execute demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), partner and trade event programs in the US market, targeting the ecommerce segment, Webscale’s core market. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with, and report into, the VP Marketing in Santa Clara, while working closely with a talented overseas team of marketing practitioners.

As part of this role, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the content and digital marketing team, as well as sales management to develop an integrated program mix that takes a highly personalized, account-first approach to driving demand in the ecommerce segment. Job Responsibilities

  • Work with partner managers to plan and execute co-marketing activities with signed partners within budgetary guidelines and deadlines. These activities will include webinars, joint blogs, co-branded collateral, joint events and more.
  • Enable partner managers with positioning, messaging, and campaigns to create a funnel of partner prospects

As a Webscale Networks Support Engineer, you will be part of our India Support team who is responsible for supporting our clients via phone, email or chat. The primary responsibility of our support organization is to ensure our customers infrastructure stays up and running 24x7x365. You are a Linux enthusiast whose curiosity continuously improves your knowledge and skillset. You’ll own complex customer issues which may take several days or weeks to resolve, but you’ll engage all available resources and knowledge sources to find a solution.

As a Support Engineer, you will work with leading-edge software and cloud technologies. You will also assist customers during service related events, including creating support tickets and answering basic technical questions related to their environment and Webscale services. As needed, you will also be the primary contact who will provide coordinated escalation to advanced technical support engineers to resolve open tickets.

Due to the 24×7 operations of the business, Support Engineers may be required to provide on-call coverage overnight and on weekends and holidays while the global team is being built. Such shifts vary across team members and by month.

In this role you will:

  • Develop the prospect pipeline through identification, targeting and soliciting online/phone meetings with prospects and developing qualified leads.
  • Clean up and document all leads provided by various corporate marketing programs. Possess the ability and the daily discipline necessary to focus on the important activities.
  • Support marketing programs as needed, such as creation and maintenance of mailing lists, invitations.
  • Pull data from online sources like LinkedIn or prospect websites as needed.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
