What we’re looking for
As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll research and utilize established and state of the art Gen AI and machine learning (ML) techniques to successfully deliver solutions to our customers. You’ll work directly with our customers to understand their business and technical needs. You will design and deliver AI solutions. We move fast and are constantly prototyping new ways to deliver value to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with customers, and bridging the gap between AI technology and business value.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with customers to build and deploy GenAI and machine learning solutions from use case scoping to model deployment in agentic systems focused on delivering real business value using large scale data and orchestration frameworks.
- You’ve moved beyond prompt engineering and RAG, designing stateful agents with tool calling, memory, and routing using LangGraph, MCP or similar tools.
- You’ll lead architecture and implementation of AI agents that autonomously complete eCommerce workflows via third party systems (APIs, web apps, documents).
- Develop and support AI components including model inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
- Work with a full stack of open source and cloud based AI tools like AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, and PyTorch.
- Strong foundation in data engineering (pipelines, ETL, real time data processing), scalable infrastructure (cloud native architectures, microservices, container orchestration is a must.
- Full stack product development including building intuitive user interfaces and end to end experiences for production grade AI applications is a strong plus.
- Stay current with agent research and apply new techniques pragmatically to improve scalability, latency, and cost in production AI systems.

Salary Range & Benefits
The Salary Range for this position is ₹20 to ₹30 Lacs per annum. The range for the posting reflects the minimum and maximum range of salaries for the position offered across all India locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by work location, job related skills, experience, competencies, relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for equity. Other rewards and benefits include: medical insurance, earned annual leave and holidays.
